The current class always has first option as to the next programme, but am happy to take enquiries and
put your name on the list should a space become available (first come, first serve basis).

* Bulgarian Split Squats aren't that bad 😬
* You can eat chocolate and have abs.
* Amazing atmosphere between them all.
* Hard work & banter work well together.
* Sense of being part of something is great.
* All life's troubles vanish for an hour.

Lifting Heavy is awesome and massively beneficial. But watching people smash 5 sets of deadlifts with immaculate form, bags of confidence and not caring who is watching, is absolute gold. Not so long ago they had never deadlifted at all. Progress comes in all forms, both mentally & physically ❤️

Working on Form over Weight. Get your form right and it'll work the muscle effectively. Do that consistently, then you can up the weights, reps & sets. Progressive Overload isnt just more weight. And it prevents injury. Which is nice. ✌️☺️
