Lifting Heavy is awesome and massively beneficial. But watching people smash 5 sets of deadlifts with immaculate form, bags of confidence and not caring who is watching, is absolute gold. Not so long ago they had never deadlifted at all. Progress comes in all forms, both mentally & physically ❤️
